SipServlite is a framework for SIP messaging. If you dont know what SIP messaging is, then this is probably not something you need :-)
You can see the project website at http://tanesha.net/projects/sipservlite/ where you will find things like javadoc, how to download and sourcecode.
For example use of the framework, you should also take a look at the SipServliteSpring addon, which offers some integration with Spring (SipServlite is already ready for Spring, this just makes it easier to use with a custom XSD).
Also, you should read the SIP Servlet spec from which all the ideas for this framework has been borrowed.
