This is a very fast and tasty recipe, it only requires that you have almonds to get some proteins together with the rest.
The broccoli is cut into approriate pieces. The stems are also chopped in discs. Garlic and ginger is crushed together. The vegetable oil is heated in a pot. Almonds are added and fried for about 2-3 minutes until they turn little brown. The crushed garlic and ginger is added and all is fried for another 30 seconds. The broccoli is added, and sauted for about 3-4 minutes until little brown in the ends. The fond, soya sauce and vinegar is added. Boiled together for about 5 minutes until it becomes like a sauce. Finally sesame oil is added and mixed. Served immediately.
